When you call this number you will be directed to a web portal www.equinox.co.uk/Hitach where you can register your fault.
You will need to have the model and the serial number of the faulty projector unit to process your warranty claim. You will normally find the model number and the serial number marked on the side or bottom of the unit. Once you have registered your fault Hitachi’s service company Equinox will liaise directly with you to arrange a solution to your problem.
If you are from an educational establishment please be aware that you must tick the box marked educational use before you fill out the rest of the required fields on the Equinox service portal. If you do not tick the box you may be charged for your warranty service visit and then it can be a lengthy process to get the charge wavered.
All Cablers Ltd supplied Hitachi projectors come with a three year de-installation / re-installation warranty which you should have registered after your original installation.
