When you call this number you will be given some options to choose from. Once you have selected your preferred options you will be put through to an Epson customer service agent. Let them know whether you are an educational establishment or a business. If you are a school then you will have a three year de-installation / re-installation warranty which you should have registered after your original installation. They will require the model and serial number of your faulty unit. The model and serial number is normally located on the rear of the projector unit. The Epson customer service agent will arrange a solution to your problem.
