Cablers are fully operational with some changes to our normal business procedures to match the current Government guidelines
During these unprecedented times, to ensure the safety of both our employees, our customers employees and students under the care of our customers and have implemented the following changes to the delivery of our services;
Sales, administration and accounts will be operational with Staff working from home.
All IT support will continue remotely via our helpdesk and phones will be manned by staff working at home. Dedicated IT visits will continue as before with each visit being carried out with a remote session.
If any support customer has an onsite need in an emergency, will be reviewed on a case by case basis to help ensure customers remain operational during this time.
We have taken the decision to fully implement the Governments recommendations by ceasing all non-essential works on site, If you have installations booked during this period of Government advised restrictions, these will currently be postponed until the restrictions have been lifted.
